- Minimum Price: $10,000,000
- Property Classification: Grocery anchored and regional shopping centers
- Deal Type: Core, Core Plus and Value-Add properties
- 50,000 SF or more
- Good market placement, infill locations
- Yields meeting or exceeding 7% unleveraged in the first year
